Plan Your Visit

The Portrait Gallery of the Golden Age is composed of portraits which belong to the collections of the Amsterdam Museum and Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. The Gallery is permanent on display in the Amsterdam Wing of the Hermitage Amsterdam.

The Hermitage Amsterdam is situated in the Plantage Amsterdam, the cultural garden of Amsterdam.

OPENING HOURS
Open daily 10:00–17:00
25 December and 1 January the museum is open 12.00-17.00
27 April (King's Day) and 14 January (reconstruction) the museum is closed.

GUIDED TOURS
Guided tours are available (maximum of 15 people per group), € 90 (plus admission to the exhibition). Reservations via email: info@portraitgalleryofthegoldenage.com

AUDIO TOUR
The audio tour to accompany the exhibition is included in the ticket price and availabel in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

The Hermitage All In-ticket gives you entrance to the Portrait Gallery of the Golden Age, the exhibition of the Hermitage Amsterdam itself and Outsider Art Museum. Please ask at the desk for the current prizes.
